My Route
2022
My cycling journey started in 2022 and has been constantly eventful. I did my first race at the Mountbatten Circuit in Portsmouth at 15 in the final year of Youths where I was dropped from the group in minutes and I finished last place. Despite this, I was hooked from that moment on. I kept racing there and continued improving through the year ahead of my first year in Juniors 2023.

I went on a training camp in Italy in October which was my first real taste of a racing cyclists calendar.

2023
Entering 2023 I had only an idea of what racing would be like on a National Level with soon to be pros and against fully grown adults in regional events. My first taste of the level of the National Series was in the Isle of Man Junior Tour where I quickly realised Juniors was another step up from the year prior. The National Series that year was a huge learning curve which I took on head first and raced as much as I could. I became a second cat rider in that year in addition, and raced multiple Nat B’s against top riders in the country. I was racing without a team often against top budget teams which I knew was a huge detriment.

In 2023 I also had my first big result, winning the CTT National Road Bike Championship for Juniors. In the summer I reached out to Cannibal B Victorious’ manager and explained my situation. I was instructed to complete a series of tests to evaluate my level and potential. After this I was offered to ride as a guest rider for them while being offered a place in BCC Race Team, one of the top UK Junior teams for the 2024 season. I returned to for another training week in Italy in the Autumn which helped prepare me for a break out season.

2024
At the start of the year I was invited to an early season training camp with Cannibal B Victorious, in Calpe with the team in a complex which was a huge opportunity to ride with World Tour Talent. It was my first time training in Spain and after the camp, I decided to base myself there until the first international races of the season.

It was an up and down season in which I was able to secure numerous Top 10’s in International Races as well as victories and Top 5’s in the Junior National Series. I placed 16th in the National ITT and was assessing options for 2025.

At the end of the season I was weighing up options when I was offered a place on BMC Beziers. This meant I had to leave the UK and live abroad though it was a great setup which I could benefit from.

2025
2025 was a transition year where I decided to return to the UK to complete my A-Levels and return to France to race through the summer. I raced numerous criteriums against some N1 teams which developed both my race craft and skills. Once the summer was complete, I was offered to return for 2026 after explaining my situation. Now that I had finished my A-Levels I was thrilled to have the opportunity to fully focus on my racing and improving through the year, on the N2 circuit with numerous French Cup events in the calendar.
